Siteworks pipe crews can install utilities such as sanitary sewer, storm drains, domestic water, and underground detention systems.

Established in October 2002, Siteworks LLC came to life with over twenty five years’ experience in the heavy civil construction industry. We specialize in turn-key site construction packages in and around the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Out of their home office, Scott Bovit concentrated on marketing, estimating and project management, Brian Callahan handled field crews as the General Superintendent, while Melissa Bovit established the business office during her summers off from teaching school.
Five years later, Siteworks LLC moved into a 7,000 square foot office building with a small shop, purchased most of its equipment, and increased their team to nineteen field and office personnel.
In 2021, the office footprint was no longer feasible, so it was expanded and redesigned to include the latest technology for both employees and client experience. Construction of a new 10,000 square foot shop took place during 2023 to bring fleet maintenance and field equipment repairs in house. Later, our office renovation was completed and a study hall was added to assist in employee training.
Since its inception, Siteworks LLC has grown from a dream to nearly 320 full time field and office personnel. We are proud to say we are ranked number 1 on the list of 2024 Charlotte Business Journal’s Largest Charlotte-Area Women-Owned Companies.
